O’Hanlon Center for the Arts invites you to submit work for DUALITIES
juried by Bonnie Powers & Jeffrey Levin of Poet and the Bench, Mill Valley
Duality Definition: The quality of being dual, a juxtaposition of 2 different elements. Dualities express a sense of opposition or contrast between 2 parts. This exhibition will highlight dualities created through texture, gesture, color, subject, proportion, and more.
Examples:
light and dark
expanding and contracting
yin and yang
rough and smooth
black and white
up and down
good and evil
expansion and contraction
sharp and dull
rich and poor
energetic and quiet
The possibilities are endless! See what resonates with you and your creations.
Abstract pieces, figurative pieces realistic, representational pieces, and 3-D work are all welcome.

MEDIA
All Media, including 3D/Sculptural works
Open to all artists aged 16 and over.
Submission limit: 3 works per artist.
Works previously displayed in the O’Hanlon Gallery are not eligible.
ART PREPARATION
All work must be ready for display. Paint, glue, etc. must be dry!
Max size for wall pieces: 48” wide | 60” high
Wall hung pieces must be securely wired.
Label all work with Artist’s name & Contact
Bring resume and/or artist statement, if desired. (2 pages max.)
ENTRY PROCESS
Please hand-deliver (no digital submissions) up to three pieces of work to:

You can download and bring two copies of the submission PDF or fill out the form in person when you drop off. Payments will be accepted when artwork is delivered.
ENTRY FEE
$40, or $30 for Artist level OHCA members
for up to three pieces paid at time of drop off
via check, cash or credit card.
