One Bay, shrinking Shorelines, toxic waters
BridgemakerArts is inviting you to submit artwork that lends beauty, advocacy and ardency to San Francisco Bay and communities. Share inspiration on how now shapes the future
What are our next actions.? BMA lives in Richmond. What has happened here and is about to happen will impact the bay.- Oil spill by Chevron threatens breeding grounds for fish in the bay.
– Along the bay trail, a development threatens the bay and birds and shoreline, disturbing and dispersing toxic chemicals.
– Pt. Molate, the last open bay shoreline to become a luxury development.
This exhibit puzzles these questions and answers artfully on April 22, Earthday with a virtual opening and artist talk. We plan to exhibit in person when possible.
