International Art Competition Portrait
Contemporary Art Room Gallery is proud to announce their 4th “Portrait” Online Art Competition for the month of April 2022. This is an international competition and artists from around the world are welcome to submit their work. We invite artists and photographers to submit their best artworks related to the Portrait theme. A portrait may be a single person, a group, or self-portrait. A variety of interpretations of the Portrait theme can be submitted. All visual art mediums are acceptable (painting, photography, drawing, sculpture, digital, prints, fiber art, collage or installation art) except sound and video art. Winning artists will receive a digital award certificate. First, second and third place will be largely displayed with an article about the artist and their work. First place will be on the poster of the show. $15 for 2 images, $28 for 4, $58 for up to 10 images. Deadline: April 14, 2022.
Call for Entries – The Captured Image
The Captured Image is an international call for all forms of photographic art. This exhibition has no overarching theme save the light which traverses the ether, and begets a photograph, “the captured image.” Works may also include video and mixed media. All genres of photography, black & white, color, traditional and non-traditional, and digital post-production photographic processes are welcome for submission.

Apply to Luna Dance’s Summer Institute (SI)! Now in its 21st year, the SI is a nationally-acclaimed professional development experience that brings together 6 teaching artists & 6 practitioners to activate & inspire individual & collective imaginations. The 2022-23 SI is a year-long comprehensive and hybrid experience. It includes a week of intensive workshops, follow-up Zoom and in-person sessions, mentorship & coaching, and collegial support, all focused on the art of teaching dance.

21st “Solo Art Series” – An Opportunity to Shine
Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery announces its 21st “Solo Art Series” Online Art Competition. This competition will result in an award of 4 monthly solo art exhibitions. In addition, the gallery will award the next 8 juried artists to be featured in the gallery’s Artist Showcase Section.
The gallery invites online submission of all 2D and 3D art (including photography) from artists around the world for possible selection for one the Gallery’s monthly solo art exhibitions or into the gallery’s Artist Showcase.
The gallery encourages artists regardless of where they reside to submit their best abstract and/or representational art to this competition. There is No Theme for this Art Competition so any subject matter and any media are acceptable for consideration.

12th Annual “Figurative” Online Art Competition
Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery announces an art call for the gallery’s 12th Annual “Figurative” Online Juried Art Competition. The gallery invites all 2D and 3D artists (including photography and digital arts) from around the world to make online submissions for possible inclusion in the Gallery’s May 2022 online group art exhibition.
The gallery encourages entries from artists (including photography & digital arts) regardless of where they reside to apply to this competition by submitting their best abstract or representational art.
The “Figurative” theme is the artist’s interpretation and depiction of the human form and human features. “Figurative” subjects are considered to be figures, forms and faces. The gallery will accept art on this subject that is either representational or abstract, and although nude art is acceptable, please, do not submit any erotic art.
The deadline to apply to this art competition is April 26, 2022.
