Contemporary Art Room Gallery is proud to announce their 7th “Abstract” Online Art Competition for the month of October 2024. This is an international competition and artists from around the world are welcome to submit their work. For the Abstract theme in this competition we call artists to submit their best nonrepresentational artworks in all kinds of concepts and mediums. All visual art mediums are acceptable (painting, photography, drawing, sculpture, digital, prints, fiber art, collage or installation art) except sound and video art. Winning artwork (First place) will be on the poster of the show. All selected artists will receive a digital award certificate. The deadline to apply to this art competition is October 24 2024.

Urban Landscapes 2025 Art Competition
Fusion Art announces the Urban Landscapes 2025 Art Competition.
For this competition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, are invited to submit their best art depicting cityscapes – cities, towns, urban scenes and/or any related metropolitan subjects. This is the 9th annual cityscapes art competition that competitions has held.
All artists, regardless of location or experience, are invited to submit their best representational and/or abstract art and photography.
Choice of a cash prize or complimentary one-year membership to Fusion Art’s Members Gallery for Best in Show winners. Winners and finalists are provided with extensive worldwide publicity and promotion.
Entry Fees: $25 for 1-2 images / $40 for up to 5 images

CICA Museum invites artists worldwide to participate in “Non-Human Human: the 2nd International AI Art Exhibition.” The exhibition will feature works exploring AI generated images and videos, interactive/installation works utilizing AI technologies, and works in any medium dealing with topics on AI.

– 2D Digital Art:
2D Digital Art will be printed on A3 (297 x 420 mm) foam poster board, and installed by our curators & assistants. If requested by the artist, works can be printed and framed in different sizes. Additional fees may apply. If a special printing process is required, the artist may print and frame the works, and ship them to us. Please refer to the “physical prints” guidelines below.
– Physical prints, Paintings, Drawings, Sculptures, and Installation Art:
The artist is responsible for the shipment and delivery of his/her physical work to and from CICA Museum, as well as all related expenses. The two-dimensional work should be no larger than 39 inch (1 m) on the longest side, and the installation piece should be no larger than 39x39x79 inches (1 x 1 x 2 m, w x l x h). The work that needs to be mounted on the wall should not exceed 10 kg. Please indicate in the submission email if you are interested in exhibiting works exceeding the size/weight limit.
-Video & Interactive Art:
We will provide projectors and DVD/DIVX players for the show. Multiple single-channel works will be screened through a projector. If the work is required to be screened through a projector exclusively, or more than two projectors/monitors are needed, please indicate the special requirements in the submission email. Call for Submissions: CURRENTS 2025 Art & Technology Festival + 3 Separate Exhibitions
CURRENTS New Media is now accepting submissions for our annual 2025 Art and Technology Festival in Santa Fe, New Mexico, as well as for three separate exhibitions throughout 2025. These exhibitions will focus on the following modalities of art and technology: Sound Environments/Installations, Artist/AI Collaborations, and Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality Environments. This open call allows for submissions to either the festival, the exhibitions, or both.
Every summer since 2010, CURRENTS New Media presents one of the leading art and technology festivals in the United States. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, CURRENTS brings together diverse, boundary-pushing works of established and emerging new media artists from the USA and around the world.

Strategies for Change: Operationalize Antiracist Concepts
Strategies for Change is a two-part intensive focusing on how to launch, sustain, and engage antiracism in your institution. This training, happening on September 27 + October 4, will provide concrete practices, real-life organizational examples, and opportunities to practically apply antiracist concepts.

Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery announces their 2024 “Winter 5 for $10” Online Art Competition.
For this competition, all 2D and 3D artists, from around the world, are called upon to make online submissions for possible inclusion into the Gallery’s “Winter 5 for $10” online group art exhibition.
This is an “Open” (No Theme) art competition and the gallery invites artists, regardless of where they reside, to apply to this competition by submitting their best representational and/or abstract art.
The artwork for this competition does NOT need to be “winter” themed. Any subject matter and any media are acceptable for consideration.
