SALARY: $20,800 (Based on $20/hour)

Core Responsibilities
The Finance Manager works collaboratively with the Managing Director and other staff to ensure smooth financial operations of the organization. This position handles payroll, cash management, banking, insurance, and payroll matters for the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Human Resources
- Issue hiring packets/contracts to administrative or artist employees and independent contractors
- Track completion of required trainings and other EE compliance
- Manage and run regular payroll using ADP
- Finalize and issue annual W2s and 1099 forms
- Cash Management
- Manage income, tills, and petty cash
- Enter and reconcile cash, check, and transfer deposits
- Process and issue check requests & bill payments
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly
- Manage accounting of restricted net assets
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Provide Box office/Development income account reporting
- Manage contracts and reporting for our Insurance providers – Health/Liability/D&O/Workers Comp
- Manage the calendar, invoicing and receiving rent for our studio rentals
- Prepare documentation and reports for annual audit with independent auditor
