With support from the California Arts Council, WRITE4ART PRODUCTIONS will increase stipends to its current staff of 2 (artistic and executive) from $2500 to $5000 annually, hire an administrative assistant to organize the logistics of its monthly reading series of new plays and musicals, add at least one concert reading to its program (from 3 – 4 annually) paying actors according to Actors Equity guidelines, and develop its online presence to attract more diverse experienced audience, supporters and board members to further the mission to serve writers.
