Our core programs and services are to perform and promote flamenco arts throughout the Bay Area, reaching audiences in a wide range of venues—from major professional theaters to intimate restaurants and vibrant street fairs. We are deeply committed to educating and nurturing the next generation of flamenco artists, welcoming students of all ages, genders and embracing all forms of flamenco expression. Our organization fosters a supportive community and provides dedicated space for practice for our students, and for artists across disciplines. We also use our platform to engage with and respond to the urgent socio-political issues impacting our Mission District community, including the lived experiences of the LGBTQIA+ artists we collaborate with. By promoting connection and collaboration to counter patterns of isolation, we aim to expand cultural engagement and contribute to local economic vitality through partnerships with diverse artists and businesses, while creating opportunities for visibility, dialogue, and collective exchange.
