“Art and Culture for Everyone” Solano County Arts Council’s mission will support and expand the opportunities for diverse artistic expression so everyone is valued for their unique gifts and talents. This will bring the entire community together and create the climate of more open, flexible, responsive, and responsible environment— places where people feel valued and are able to be more creative and more productive.
