We will use this money to make up for a budget shortfall resulting from a 50% reduction in this quarter’s budget of nearly $90,000 from our primary funding source – the Sacramento Metro Cable Television Commission. The money we are requesting will be used to update current production equipment used to produce content for area schools and school districts, and create a pool of equipment to use for after school programs and summer/winter vacation media production camps we plan to launch this summer and during winter break.
