I have a small home nears Broomfield Colorado that I want to turn into a recording studio & music distribution cooperative for mostly female experimental & electrical (electronic and electro-acoustic) musicians which are mostly vegan (most large dairy corporations are meaner than meat).

I want to hire a part time (mostly full time if i could start a not for profit business to start this recording & distribution space first here in Colorado & as well later in bay California areas) female sound engineer & assistant to help me with small amounts of work that is not engineering only, like driving to get things and such, so i am not so dependent on home shopping mostly. Until I could register as a not for profit business & existensing with grants to pay a full time salary o could only pay 20 dollars and hour, ( maximum hours $400 a month 20 hours a month). She would obviously be into traveling betwixt bay California areas & south Broomfield Colorado. I eventually want to live nears bay California areas , as well as Colorado, to eventually become part of a female experimental music cooperative & mostly vegan social group that are into sound recording, experimental & electrical music on motor-sailing medium size sailboats.
