With support from the California Arts Council, MARIN CULTURAL ASSOCIATION will ensure the arts are by and for all Marin residents by expanding access to arts funding, participation, and cultural experiences across the county. At the center of this work, MCA will expand its regranting program, increase equitable access to funding for artists and arts organizations and broaden access to arts experiences for diverse communities across Marin. MCA will continue to implement Poetry Out Loud, engaging students in the literary arts and elevating youth voice. CAC support will also expand professional development and convenings that build capacity and reduce barriers to participation, and strengthen public programming, including free exhibitions and Marin County Fair programming, expanding access for communities across Marin.
