With support from the California Arts Council, Rich & Successful Film Community will strengthen the infrastructure needed to sustain and expand its year-round programming, empowering, celebrating, and connecting emerging filmmakers and diverse audiences across Los Angeles. Through this work, RSFC fosters an inclusive independent filmmaking community while creating tangible pathways for career development and encouraging dialogue, reflection, and shared understanding through storytelling.

Over four sold-out festivals—alongside the expansion into auxiliary events and the establishment of its annual FixItInPost Fund—the organization has demonstrated strong demand for accessible, community-driven exhibition, education opportunities, and resources. To date, this work has been supported through significant in-kind contributions and under-resourced staffing, creating a need for a more sustainable operational model. General operating support will fund core needs, including staffing, administrative capacity, and marketing, while supporting festival production and expanded year-round programming.
