The CAC General Operating Support grant will provide Cantilever Collective with the resources to build systems and stabilize our administrative operations through: consistent compensation for our admin team composed of our four co-founders, formalizing our advisory board, attending professional development opportunities, and hiring an arts consultant to provide guidance on best practices in non-profit management and development. The funding will also support marketing and communications costs (website upgrades, social media development, accessibility tools), and the costs associated with our collective’s ongoing creative practice (space rentals, production fees, materials/supplies).
