Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, CAT Corona will provide performing arts instruction and performance opportunities for more than 1,500 youth during the grant performance period.
Organization Summary
Christian Arts and Theatre (CAT) is an after-school performing arts organization that offers classes for children ages 4 – 18 in every aspect of the performing arts: Singing, dancing, acting, musical theater, set, costume and lighting design for example. Enrolled students have the opportunity to audition and perform in main stage productions in the Corona Civic Theater for the community. CAT also partners with the Corona-Norco Unified School District and the YMCA to provide scholarship opportunities to many underserved children in our community to participate in our program
