1. Sisterhood Development Program (Academic Year Program) – A long-term mentorship and enrichment program for girls beginning in 6th grade. Incorporates the performing arts and focuses on self-esteem, leadership development, cultural identity, academic success, and building strong peer relationships.

2. Camp Nia (Summer Performing Arts Camp) – A two-week, full-day summer camp for girls ages 11–14 that uses performing arts (dance, drama, vocals, and stage production) to build confidence, creativity, and self-expression. Culminates in a live showcase performance.

3. Rites of Passage – A culturally grounded experience designed to support girls in their transition from childhood to adolescence. Includes life skills, performances by participants, cultural education, identity development, and milestone experiences such as HBCU and Black history tours.

4. HBCU & Cultural Enrichment Tours – Educational travel experiences that expose participants to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, museums, and culturally significant landmarks. Designed to expand college awareness, cultural pride, and future aspirations.
