With support from the California Arts Council, The Art Spread will educate and transform California communities through art. We bring meaningful art and impactful stories from all over the world directly to Southern California including Orange County, San Diego, Riverside, and Los Angeles. Our free public art events invite Californians to create expressive art at hands-on workshops, experience cultural art fairs, and view story-telling art at curated exhibitions.
The Art Spread offers free career services so that artists can create work that improves their communities. With free mentorship, editing assistance, online platforms, event opportunities, and practical tools, we transform artists who experience adversity into impactful community leaders. Our artists use these services to educate and raise awareness on mental, physical, and societal challenges to underserved and disadvantaged California communities.
