New Conservatory Theatre Center is hiring a Box Office & Patron Services Manager.
The position is full-time, exempt, and on-site, working Wednesday-Sunday
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Communications
Position Overview
New Conservatory Theatre Center’s Box Office & Patron Services Manager performs all box office ticketing duties, acts as liaison to the single ticket holder, patron and subscriber base, supports audience development initiatives including group sales as well as outreach to affinity and community groups. This position requires availability on evenings and weekends and as needed to support Box Office and Patron Services activities, and special events. Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written) and computer skills required.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Patron Manager, fluency in MS Word/Excel, and a track record of excellent customer service and communication skills. For full job description and further information visit our website: nctcsf.org
Salary range is low-to-mid 40s, DOE
