Under general supervision, the Ticket Office Supervisor coordinates and oversees all Patron Service operations of the Cultural Arts Division, including the Summer Season of the Moonlight Stage Productions, Moonlight Presents, ClubM, Rentals, and Special Events. This includes the management of Moonlight’s CRM system, annual subscription renewals, single ticket sales, financial reporting, and other duties as required.

This position is responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of temporary and part-time ticket service and front of house staff. This position receives instruction from the Managing Director of the Moonlight Stage Productions.
