This year’s annual report focuses on inequalities
that persist in the training and careers of arts
school graduates from diverse backgrounds.
In particular, the report explores gaps in school
experience; career opportunities and barriers;
and income based on gender, race/ethnicity, and
socioeconomic status (SES).
