The United British Sports Car Club would like your help. We host the All-British Motoring Show and Swap Meet at the Dixon Fairgrounds every May and we need artwork for our posters, advertisements, and t-shirts.
We are having a contest for artists to provide next year’s logo for the event. The winner receives a cash prize of $300, free admission to the show, and a free t-shirt featuring your art. The logo can be portrait or landscape and must have our show title “Boots to Bonnets”, See it at the All British Motoring Show and Swap Meet. Dixon Fairgrounds, May 18th, 2025, our club emblem (the little round thingy in the sample poster), and “presented by”. (For those of you who are not car enthusiasts, the “boot” is the trunk, and the “bonnet” is the hood.) There is a six-color limit including black and white as colors. An electronic version of your artwork may be submitted to spotandzippies@aol.com. The competition closes on Nov 15th. The Show Committee will make the final selection. Remember that date and come to the fairgrounds and see 300 of Britain’s finest.

The Blue Koi Gallery invites you to explore the bold and dynamic influence of red, blue, and yellow. Whether you specialize in traditional art, mixed media, digital art, sculpture, or photography, this theme encourages you to showcase how one or more of these foundational colors shape your artistic expression—or use all three.
The winner of the “Primary Colors” competition will receive $100 USD cash, a professionally designed certificate and extensive media promotion. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners will receive media posts, newsletter blast and a certificate. Moku Art Studio proudly presents the 2nd annual exhibition Under the Sea. This exhibition showcases artists who are passionate about the ocean and its future. If you are an artist who is concerned and in love with our oceans, their ecosystems, and the magical beauty that exists underneath the waves, then we invite you to apply.
We are proud to announce that our Under the Sea exhibition has been endorsed as a UN Ocean Decade activity. This means that our virtual exhibition will be shared on the Ocean Decade Network, allowing the wonderful work created by the artists to reach a wider audience.
Theme: Under the Sea is an international online exhibition open to all artists working in new media, video, digital, and photography. We are looking for works by artists that exemplify the themes of ocean conservation, ocean sustainability, ocean protection, ocean education, and the deep sea.
