The WLW Foundation’s core programs and services include providing substance abuse prevention and social service programs such as mental health and wellness support groups, smoking cessation programs, arts and cultural programs. We primarily serve minority populations and disenfranchised groups such as foster care and transition youth, youth and families of color, re-entry populations, and single household and low-income populations in Los Angeles County with a focus on the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles areas.
