CTN’s mission is to provide leadership, vision, information and support to enhance cultural trade between the U.S. and Japan, and design and deliver exemplary arts and cultural programs in both countries with a focus on the San Francisco Bay Area.

CTN’s purpose is to enable and engage in intercultural dialogues and collaborations based on mutual understanding and respect to ultimately advance cultural equity, environmental sustainability and social justice through our programs and process.
