Project Description

With support from the California Arts Council, TACMF Artistic Director Ian Scarfe and key stakeholders will work with arts management consultant Richard Aldag to develop a multi-year plan for artistic and educational outreach programming, to develop key tools for budgeting/financial reporting, and to develop a database for audience development and fundraising.
