With support from the California Arts Council, Today’s Future Sound, a fiscal sponsor of Oakland Parks and Recreation Foundation, will deliver interdisciplinary, culturally-sustaining, and therapeutic arts education to system-engaged youth in Alameda County Juvenile Hall.
