Project Description

StoryCenter develops and employs innovative storytelling and story listening methods to support education, cultural preservation, and social change. Since 1993, we have brought our unique participatory media workshops to people from all walks of life, and to organizations around the world — enhancing individual well-being, bridging differences, and building solidarity across communities. Stories and videos produced through our partnerships amplify voices typically missing from today’s profusion of media outlets, and, through creative distribution strategies, engage audiences in making a difference and lend honestly and dignity to important local, national, and global civic dialogues.
