Project Description
With support from California Arts Council, Square Root Academy will implement SRA Create to teach scholars foundational skills in digital illustration, NFTs, and techniques for displaying art in the virtual world. Scholars will be equipped with necessary equipment to create artworks, animations, and digital content, culminating in an end-of-year showcase.
Organization Summary
Founded in 2016, Square Root Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting equitable STEAM education for all, empowering the next generation of great innovators. The Academy is composed of a collective of STEAM professionals, community advocates, and general friends of the sciences, creating an ecosystem designed to ensure Scholar success and matriculation into the STEAM industry.
