Project Description

With the support from the California Arts Council, South Bay Musical Theatre will be able to continue to pay fixed expenses including wages for their Executive Director and ongoing rental for rehearsal and construction facilities.

Organization Summary

South Bay Musical Theatre presents 3 full-scale theatrical productions in the West San Jose area, reaching 10,000 arts patrons in our live presentations. In addition, SBMT educates, enriches and entertains with our eStudio & workshops, designed to keep arts accessible. Our eStudio programs aim to expand our reach across the Bay Area and beyond, with a focus on presenting programs for underrepresented communities. The studio has reached over 200 artistic and 13,000 virtual connections.
