Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, San Jose Taiko will present 2 matinees of the 2020 Rhythm Spirit concert, its semi-annual self-produced performance, providing an enriching performing art experiences for low-income K-8 students. This educational matinee includes performance, mini-lectures about taiko, and Q&A with the performers. In 2020, it will also include the world-premiere of several new works as well as wildly popular standards.
