Project Description

With support from the California Arts Council, SAN FRANCISCO BALLET ASSOCIATION will provide free, standards-based and culturally relevant, dance education for Pre-K–12th grade San Francisco Unified School District students through our Dance in Schools and Communities (DISC) program.

Organization Summary

We perform ballets, provide a distinguished training ground for dancers, young and old, from around the world at San Francisco Ballet School. We also engage with the community in school outreach efforts, through our youth and family programs, and provide adult learning opportunities through our Adult Ballet and Ballet 101-202 classes, Pointes of View Lectures and Meet the Artist Interviews.
