Project Description
If awarded this planning grant in the amount of $2500, the department shall contract with an individual to develop a project proposal for the Jump StArts program. This process will take place between July and December, 2018. The process will include analysis of similar programs in other municipalities, the cultivation of meaningful partnerships between local arts organizations, community service providers, and juvenile justice programs.
