With support from the California Arts Council, Redlands Community Music Association (dba Redlands Bowl Performing Arts) will culturally and artistically inspire 20,800 elementary students in the San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) by bringing mariachi and ballet folklorico-themed music education assemblies 44 elementary schools over a two-year period.
Each year, the Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival brings 18 to 22 professional world-class performances to the outdoor Redlands Bowl stage. Performances are attended by over 100,000 members of the public with no admission charged. Diverse audiences are drawn from San Bernardino County (75%), Riverside County (20%), and the Greater Los Angeles area (5%).
In addition to presenting the Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival, Redlands Bowl Performing Arts carries out youth music education programming serving over 30,000 children annually at schools and community agencies.
