Point Loma Playhouse is a community based non-profit organization that encourages and promotes an interest in the theatrical arts by producing full-length productions and providing workshops in order to educate, entertain, and enrich the community.
Our full-length productions provide people with the unique opportunity to be active participants in the dramatic process as actors, singers, directors, and writers. We ordinarily schedule four productions per season, and each production has 9 performances which consistently receive good reviews.
Our theatrical workshops’ length is normally 6 weeks. They include acting workshop, improvisation workshop, musical theatre workshop, and script writing workshop. We normally schedule 5 to 6 workshops except during the COVID-19 period.
