Playwrights Foundation (PF) supports and empowers playwrights’ artistic growth and careers while championing their voices on a national level. We imagine a future where playwrights are radically centered as visionary leaders who transform the world through storytelling. As a playwright incubator, we provide an artistic home that supports and advances the process and diversity of contemporary playmaking; elevates and promotes the role of the playwright; and expands the theatrical canon.
