With support from the California Arts Council, Playhouse Arts will offer arts education programs in 7 local elementary schools. The program consists of 8 to 10 weeks of instruction each in mask making, mask performance, and shadow puppetry for a total of 24 to 30 weeks. Workshops will be taught in 2 to 4 classrooms at each school ranging from 1st to 6th grades.
