Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, Performing Arts Coalition for Theater (dba Main Stage West) will work with consultant Richard Alag to create a multiyear strategic plan and to create/implement vital operational tools and policies.
Organization Summary
It its first decade, Main Stage West has produced more than 60 plays, with 8 world premiers and dozens of regional premiers. They have also hosted productions by other regional theaters, provided a venue for the Sebastopol Film Festival, local gallery showings, and musicians to showcase their work.
