Peacock Rebellion is an East Oakland-based, queer/trans/genderqueer/gender non-conforming people of color-centered team of artists, cultural workers, and community organizers who use the arts to build a culture of safety and healing for queer and trans people of color (QTPOC). Peacock Rebellion centers trans women of color, trans femmes of color, and gender non-conforming people of color in our work and primarily serves East Oakland while providing networking services to QTPOC throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
