To help our Warriors heal through the therapy art provides through personal expression & to help the Veteran reintegrate with their Military Family.
The Northern California Veterans Museum is the umbrella for other programs within our organization that provide support, services, advocacy, and therapy to local Veterans in our Northern California area.
These programs include:
Homeward Bound Military Family Support Services, Silver Star Veterans & Widows, Warm a Vet, Battlefield Expressions Art Therapy Program and Christmas for the Troops.
Homeward Bound provides assistance to POST 9-11 Veterans with emergency services, counseling, advocacy and family services.
Silver Star Veterans & Widows provides assistance to our Senior Veterans and Widows to help them in their elder years.
Battlefield Expressions Art Therapy program provides a creative, therapeutic outlet for PTSD. This program enables Veterans to connect with others & discover an outlet for expressing their emotions & experiences of war through the art making process. Location and materials are provided free to all Veterans who participate.
