With support from the California Arts Council, No Easy Props will facilitate the Fortify Our Rebel Youth
program in Boyle Heights and Leimert Park for youth vulnerable to being pipelined into the (in)justice
system, designed with a holistic approach tailored to their needs, and our accountability for our youth
development.
No Easy Prop’s core programs and services engage and enrich underserved youth and BIPOC communities with quality Hip-Hop arts programing through HipHop101 after school program servicing 1,200 school age children annually in low socio-economic, underserved areas of Los Angeles county including Antelope Valley (Lancaster, Palmdale, Acton), South Central, South LA, ELA, West Valley, Inglewood, Whittier, and metro LA; Fortify Our Rebel Youth (FOR Youth) teen stipend based arts mentorship/apprenticeship program, servicing 100 system impacted teens & at promise youth in Los Angeles by exposing them to the creative arts economy in South Central LA, and Hollywood/Fairfax District; The Bboy Bgirl Summit semi-annual event with 3,000 worldwide attendees (2,000 Los Angeles residents, 1,000 of which are at underserved youth) in Westlake, DTLA, Leimert Park; Creative wellbeing workshops, programs, and events for system impacted youth, staff and community wellness in Sylmar, San Fernando Valley, Glendale, South Bay, Inglewood, Antelope Valley; Dance & theatre performances, workshops and classes in the Los Angeles area for families of all ages. No Easy Props also supports collaborative partnerships with individuals and organizations whose mission is to service youth and community and work for equity of BIPOC through the Hip-Hop arts including Arts for Healing & Justice Network, Antelope Valley Partners For Health, Chuco’s Justice Center, LA County Parks & Recs, LAsBEST/LAUSD, Boys & Girls Clubs, Cinnamoms, A Place Called Home, Boyle Heights Arts Conservatory, Culture Shock/Dare Program.
