Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council grant funds, Lucha will use it for general operational expenses to maintain its cultural arts center open. The funds will be used for staff, facility cost, covid-retrofitting projects, sanitation and PPP supplies.
Organization Summary
Lucha Inc has operated the Inlakech Cultural Arts Center for 43 years, in an effort to provide FREE cultural enrichment literacy programing in the cultural/visual and performing arts to enhance the self-esteem of the community of color. Working with low income agricultural working families and youth of color at risk by rescuing them from crime, violence and drugs; through the arts.
