Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, LA Artcore is allocating funds support the critical areas under its general operating expenses of rent, payroll, and health insurance for its sole employee in order to support the viability of its operations as a community arts leader.
Organization Summary
LA Artcore produces year-round community-centered curated visual art exhibits, weekly adults arts educational community workshops, and its ongoing partnership with the Little Tokyo Service Center’s Mi CASA youth afterschool program, where it conducts weekly arts workshops for the community’s low income youth residents.
