Project Description
With support from the California Arts Council, IMPRINT CITY will secure local artists to perform at the 5th annual BayviewLIVE Festival. BayviewLIVE is a free, day-long festival located in the Bayview-Hunters Point, San Francisco’s African American Arts and Cultural District. It is Imprint City’s largest activation, attracting approximately 5,000 event goers, featuring local and internationally renowned artists as well as a wide variety of local organizations and merchants.
Organization Summary
Imprint City produces annual festivals focused in the Bayview neighborhood including the Southside Festival, BayviewSPARC and our largest, staple program, the BayviewLIVE Festival. We additionally produce a myriad of smaller activations including a healing arts concert series at Zuckerberg General Hospital, Bay Splash in partnership with Aquarium by the Bay and the Bayview Harvest Festival in partnership with Now Hunters Point.
