Equity Mission: Hanford Multicultural Theater Company was founded on the premise that people with differences have been neglected and swayed away from enjoying or learning the arts and that this inequity must no longer be ignored. It is the commitment of HMTC to embrace and invite ALL PEOPLE, especially people of color, the racially and ethnically different, mixed raced persons, people with cultural and language differences, intergenerational, the indigenous and tribal communities, immigrant, refugee, and LGBTQIA+ communities to experience and partake in the arts in a nurturing environment to correct this inequity. HMTC is committed to correct this artistic injustice by providing arts opportunities in a nurturing and inviting environment.
