With support from the California Arts Council, Folklorico Latino de Woodland Guild will fund percentages of our facility rental, utilities, alarm system, and instructor (personnel) pay.
Folklorico Latino de Woodland (FLdW) fulfills its mission by educating dancers in the FLdW academy and company, and by performing traditional dances from various regions of Mexico. These performances occur throughout the year at both private and public community events in our region and other parts of California, culminating in our annual show at the end of the year.
FLdW believes strongly in higher education and as such, FLdW offers the Marina Ramirez Youth Scholarship to active members graduating from high school and choosing to continue their education at a College or University.
