For You (2015-) is lead by artists Erika Chong Shuch, Rowena Richie, and Ryan Tacata. It is the core program of ESP Project. For You creates original, community based, participatory performances that bring diverse groups of strangers together. For You projects range from intimate one-to-one performances, to large scale evening-length theatrical works. For You is deep relationship building through creative exchange; each performance is grounded in the lived experiences of participant-collaborators. Currently, For You’s Artists & Elders project has 80+ international artists and elders engaged in virtual, intergenerational, creative exchange. As a direct response to COVID-19, and with awareness that elders are at a higher risk in terms of infection and the compounding hardships of isolation, For You launched Artists & Elders to connect artists and elders while we shelter in place and inspire new forms of distant socializing.
