Our programs and services are guided by three interconnected pillars—Connect, Empower, and Launch. Our programs function as a cohesive ecosystem that includes Design Week Sacramento, year-round networking events, skill-building workshops, mentorship and volunteer leadership opportunities, fiscal sponsorship, and an online membership platform.

Together, these offerings connect creatives to peers, employers, and resources; empower them with practical skills, confidence, and leadership experience; and support them in turning ideas into sustainable careers, businesses, and community initiatives. All programs are designed with accessibility and community input at the core, ensuring creatives—especially those historically excluded from traditional career and funding pathways—have equitable access to visibility, opportunity, and long-term success.

Our monthly programming bring together creative professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, employers, and community partners from across Sacramento’s creative ecosystem. These networking events, talks, and workshops are designed to foster meaningful relationships, peer learning, and access to opportunities through facilitated networking, skill sharing and learning, informal conversations, and community-building activities.

Design Week Sacramento is our annual celebration of our community and business owners as a culmination of all our programming. Throughout the week, we offer Lectures, Panels, Workshops, Networking Events, Studio Tours, and more. All events are hosted by our local design community to improve awareness of and access to the diverse careers that make up our creative economy.

Through our membership platform, community members can access our resources, including our Job Board, event recordings, and our DEIA library, while connecting and networking with like-minded individuals to build their community.
