Dance and Dialogue uses the art of dance and shared stories as powerful tools to generate personal and social change. In the joy of dance, the joy of sharing and the joy of self expression, we bring together people of all ages, socioeconomic conditions and cultural backgrounds and break down the preconceived barriers which separate them. They discover that they are more alike than not and the fear of what is different fades away. Participants in Dance and Dialogue gain empathy and self confidence. They begin top see beyond themselves and find they have the capacity to pay kindness forward in whatever ways they put their minds to.
