Project Description

With support from the California Arts Council, Bell Arts Factory will provide a bilingual (English/Spanish) youth arts education program for the Ventura community. Classes will be offered after school and over the summer, instructing students in a variety of fine art techniques including painting, drawing, ceramics, and sculpture.
