With support from the California Arts Council BARRIO LOGAN ASSOCIATION agrees to reporting requirements (including Interim and Final Reports), agrees to send a representative contingent to any CAC-convenings, and will conduct programs and activities for the Barrio Logan Cultural District as outlined in attached Next Five Years Report. This work includes cultural production and event organizing within the District, marketing and strategic branding of the District, beautification activities, public art and physical improvements for the District, advance awareness of the cultural significance of the District, improve the lives of community residents, artists and independent small business operators within the District, support, strengthen and preserve the District’s existing neighborhood culture, develop and support organizational capacity for emerging non profits within the District, support and collaborate with other cultural institutions and non-profits located within the District.
