We are primarily a rental venue, providing a performance venue and technical and administrative mentorship for producing organizations. Each year we have more than 80 different producers who use the space, most of these are small non-profit groups themselves. In many cases they are small enough that they are not actual corporations, but just a group of your artists. We maintain a rental subsidy fund to help support beginning producers and those producing shows that cater to underserved artists and audiences. We also produce a limited number of productions, again, that cater to underserved artists and audiences.
