Project Description
With support from the CAC, ART OF ELAN will provide Young Artists in Harmony (YAH), an after-school 10-week music composition residency offered in spring and fall for at-risk youth and low-income first-generation college seekers, culminating in public concerts that are recorded for online streaming to be enjoyed by listeners worldwide.
